The House Rules

Match Format

Three rounds. First to 11 wins the round. Win two rounds to win the match. If rounds split one apiece, the third round decides it.

Scoring

2-pointers and 3-pointers only. Make it, take it. No offensive rebounds.

Shot Clock

12 seconds per possession. 10 seconds between possessions.

Dribble Limit

Maximum 4 dribbles per possession.

Between Rounds

90 seconds of rest between each round.

Timeouts & Challenges

2 timeouts per game (60 seconds each). 1 challenge per match. Win a challenge — keep it. Lose a challenge — it's gone and costs you a timeout. No timeouts, no challenges.

Foul System

Fouled on a 2 — 1 free throw, 1 point. Fouled on a 3 — 1 free throw, 2 points. Miss on any shooting foul — ball goes to defense. 4th foul triggers Bonus — 1 free throw, 1 point. 6th foul triggers Double Bonus — 1 free throw, 2 points. Once in bonus, offense keeps possession make or miss. Foul count resets each round.

Free Throw Rule

You cannot win a round on a free throw if the margin is 3 points or less. Game continues until a bucket is scored or a free throw takes the margin to 4.
